This limited warranty applies to CinemaTech Seating, Inc. furniture, its construction and materials and extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable.

**ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A PICTURE, DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGE AND ORDER NUMBER**

LEATHER:
CinemaTech Seating, Inc. warrants that the leather products have been upholstered in 100% cowhide leather for furnishings. This leather is guaranteed against tearing and splitting for a period of three (3) years from the date of order under normal household usage.

This warranty specifically excludes the following: wrinkling or natural marks derived from injuries to the skin during the animal’s life; variations within the leather in grain or in color; burns, cuts or pet damage to the leather; natural stretching of the leather due to stretching and retracting of leather from everyday use; spills such as acid, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, grease, or other corrosive material or chemicals; normal softening of polyurethane foam cushions, and padding material around foam. Further excluded are damages or claims caused by incorrect care products used on leather type at hand and improper use, abuse, alteration, rental or commercial use, and natural calamities. This warranty also excludes damages or claims caused by direct exposure to sunlight or to heat sources, including but not limited to, bright lights, radiators, and sun lamps.

CUSTOMER OWNED MATERIAL/LEATHER:
All materials and leathers provided by customers for the use of upholstering on CinemaTech chair models are excluded from warranty coverage.

FRAMEWORK:
CinemaTech Seating, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the frame construction, webbing and polyurethane are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of order under normal household conditions.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Written notice of any claim for warranted defects shall be given by the original purchaser to the original retailer. PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL OR MAIL. Any failed or defective product must be returned to the retailer, transportation or delivery charges to and from the retailer will be at the original purchaser’s expense. The determination or the existence of a warranted defect will be made by an authorized CinemaTech Seating representative, who will decide whether to repair or eventually replace the defective product.

CinemaTech Seating, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit or revenues, or loss of use of the product. The responsibility of CinemaTech Seating, Inc. shall in no case exceed the repair and replacement cost of the product or part thereof which gives rise to the claim. Any such liability shall terminate upon expiration of the warranty period.

ELECTRIC MOTORS AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
Electric motors and electrical systems have a Limited Warranty of 18 months from the date of original purchase under normal household usage. During this time CinemaTech Seating, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part. CinemaTech Seating, Inc. will pay for the cost or the labor and shipping & handling charges for this same time period.

NON-MOTORIZED PNEUMATIC CYLINDER ASSEMBLIES
Pneumatic cylinder assemblies have a Limited Warranty of 2 years beginning at furniture delivery under normal household usage. During this time CinemaTech Seating, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.
