CinemaTech products are sold to highly specialized, small business, Audio Video retailers, B2B, throughout the US. Excellent B2B communications and customer support is required. Position is responsible for assisting CinemaTech sales force in expanding sales network. Keys to success are great attitude and work ethic, attention to detail, empathy, organization skills, computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Visio, ACT, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
CinemaTech provides private home cinema products and theater design elements to businesses that specialize in the installation of one-of-a-kind home theaters. Individuals working in this position are primarily responsible for assisting the CinemaTech Sales Executives in delivering premier services to prospective clients. Technical skills must include or be quickly developed in Microsoft Office, Visio, ACT, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite of products.
Creation of seating/theater proposals using Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dealer logistics, updates, and communication management
Maintenance of pending, in stream, and completed sales reports
Customer care and correspondence management
Updating and maintaining seating information cut sheets and upholstery sheets
Marketing support including trade show coordination and document creation
The Customer Service / Sales Assistant will report to the Vice President
