Customer Service / Sales Assistant

CinemaTech, Inc. provides the finest home theater seating, acoustical treatment systems and custom home theaters designs to select Audio Video Custom Installers (AV Dealers) across the country. Continued growth mandates that we seek a Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidate with positive attitude, strong work ethic and a committed team player. Home Theater or consumer electronic experience not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, ACT, plan reading, construction or interior design is not required but a strong plus.



The Customer Service / Sales Assistant will report to Vice President and is responsible for but not limited to:  

  • Creating of seating and theater proposals using Microsoft Visio, Excel and Power Point
  • Daily Dealer communications and updates as well as general servicing
  • Maintenance of sales / pending reports
  • Dealer and customer correspondence
  • Required Dealer logistical support
  • Updating and maintaining seating information cut sheets and upholstery sheets
  • Marketing support including literature, trade show coordination and other marketing materials

CinemaTech products are sold to highly specialized, small business, Audio Video retailers, B2B, throughout the US. Excellent B2B communications and customer support is required. Position is responsible for assisting CinemaTech sales force in expanding sales network. Keys to success are great attitude and work ethic, attention to detail, empathy, organization skills, computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Visio, ACT, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.


*Proven successful sales support experience, B2B required.

*Excellent organizational skills, work habits and POSITIVE can do spirit.

*Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on one project at a time are a must.

*Excellent relationship building ability and customer service.

*Strong electronic communication skills, time management and customer empathy.
