I wanted to thank you for your help on yet another CinemaTech Seating project. Honestly, I was uncertain about the payment going directly to CinemaTech, but I was paid my commission in timely manner and the designer could not be happier. It seems in our industry the business model has changed. Designers often now see theater seating as a part of his or her scope of work instead of ours. But at the end of the day, my client is very happy with their seating and will now refer us to their friends for seating in the future. Due to this recent experience, the designer and I have developed a strong working relationship and are now working together on another project.

I appreciate the partnership we have established between our two companies. I have no concerns that your company will undercut mine and / or sell to my customer directly. I understand it takes time to establish a relationship of trust. CinemaTech has continually proven to be direct and honest in our business dealings.

On another note, I met with the Greco’s today and wanted to thank you again for referring them to me. Knowing you could sell to them directly, I appreciate you helping me out since I have made the investment of CinemaTech Seating in my showroom. By allowing the sale to go through me, you not only share the commission but also establish a long‐term mutually beneficial vendor to dealer partnership.
